la liga de justicia

So, new companion!  Elder Nealy and I had a kid.  His name is Elder Robles.  He is from Texas, but born in Mexico!  He is really cool.  It's nice to have a native companion.  That speaks English already.  He tells us lots of pick up lines :) jaja.  Being co-trainer is really strange.  If there was a new missionary in a threesome, there would usually be two new missionaries and one trainer.  I have never seen or heard about there being two trainers before.  That's a first.  Another first is that Elder Robles is the first official Irvine missionary!  The call he received was for the mission of Irvine.  Pretty crazy, huh?!  He arrived even before the mission president!  It's pretty cool.

So, I forgot my planner and journal today, so I will have to tell you about the week the best I can from memory.  It has been a pretty long week.  Whenever you get a new companion the next week is pretty long.  Especially when he's a new missionary because you have to teach him all the stuff that you have learned over time.  But, Elder Robles is really good.  Natives have it easy because they don't have to learn the language jaja.  Sometimes it's hard to transition and stuff while in a threesome, but we have it down pretty well.

The investigators are doing well.  We have found a few new ones this week and the last.  When we were on the mission wide exchanges, Elder Gneiting came with me and we taught a kid named Mario.  On Saturday last week, we taught him again!  He is really cool.

Sorry this email is really short.  I started it this morning, but then we received a call from the Zone Leaders telling us that someone was in the hospital and needed a blessing.  It was an inactive member, whose family are not members.  He had a stroke on Sunday and his health was really bad and they were going to take him off of health support at 3.  So, we had to hurry and give him a blessing.  I can explain more next week because we don't have much time right now.  Then we had district activity.  It has been a fun and crazy day!  The letter next week will definitely be more long.  I am sending  pictures, so hopefully that will make up for it :)

I hope you have a wonderful and fantastic week!

LOVE, ELDER HUNT
